Return policy

At Alvarez Pro Painting, we stand behind the quality of our products and services. We strive to ensure customer satisfaction and provide a clear and fair return policy for eligible purchases made within the United States.

1. What Can Be Returned

Eligible in-stock, non-custom items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Custom-made, personalized, special-order, clearance, or final sale items are non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

2. Return Timeframe

Returns for eligible items must be requested within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.

After 30 days, returns or refunds will not be accepted.

3. Condition for Return

Returned items must be:

  • In original, unused, and resalable condition;

  • Returned with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and documentation;

  • Free from damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or modification.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

4. Return Process

Please contact us by phone or email before returning any product to request return authorization instructions.

We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.

  • For customer remorse or changed mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, Alvarez Pro Painting will cover return shipping costs when approved.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the refund or exchange if applicable.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection and approval.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Custom-made items, labor charges, and special-order products are non-refundable.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the product and packaging.

We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund when appropriate.

7. Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted only for eligible in-stock items and are subject to product availability.

Customers requesting exchanges for different products may be required to place a new order and return the original item separately.

8. Exceptions

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom-made or personalized products;

  • Special-order or made-to-order items;

  • Clearance or final sale products;

  • Used, installed, or modified items;

  • Gift cards.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with this policy.
